Ananda and Paradiso are by Ulises Del Llano of ULI Architects; Aire by Ulises Del Llano with Patricio Abaca; Hacienda by Guillermo Alcocer; Los Arcos by TB Toh Balam; Casa Zapote by Roberto Carli.
Ananda is mid-century modern, a cantilevered volume. Paradiso rises over three levels under curved rooftop forms. Aire is a single level with five-metre ceilings and a skylit hallway. Hacienda has colonial Mexican arches and handmade tile. Los Arcos has a lagoon-style pool with a sand entry and a rooftop plunge pool. Casa Zapote has a swim-up entry pool and zapote hardwood throughout.
